Insolvency - Changes to the Directors Penalty Regime

If a company has a tax debt to the ATO, the director may be served with a Director Penalty Notice (DPN). The aim of a DPN is to make directors liable for their company's unpaid tax debt. Effective July 1 2010, there are some new changes to the DPN regime.
